Last Wednesday, there was no school in Hawaii. It was only a holiday in Hawaii known as Ku'hio Day. I'm not really sure what it's for, but we didn't have school! YAY! So Monica, Natalie, Sumbel, and I jumped in my car and went to Waimea Beach. It was such a nice day to go to the beach. We laid out and soaked up the sun and swam in the ocean. Sumbel cannot swim so she was rolling around at the shore enjoying the water. The waves kept knocking her down, it was hilarious! If you look closely, you can see the pounds of sand inside her bathing suit (look at her wannabe love handles). Too funny! :)
