General Conference weekend...

I really enjoyed watching conference this weekend. I especially enjoyed listening to Elder Holland and President Eyring's talks. I love our prophet and I hope he will be around for awhile longer. We did not get the conference channel on our cable TV, so my roommates and I watched it live via the Internet on my laptop. Because of the time difference (Utah is 4 hours ahead of Hawaii) we had to wake up at 6 AM to watch the first session on Saturday and the second session was at 10. Same times on Sunday. I took a picture so I could show how clear the image was, but the flash bounced off the screen so it's kind of hard to see.

I bought Altec Lansing speakers at Wal-Mart for only $17!! It is the best purchase I have made out of all my college expenses. I hooked them up to my laptop and it sounded as if I were watching conference on TV! I can also connect my Ipod to them and listen to all of my music. They are awesome!

On Sunday night, at 7 PM, they were playing the Relief Society broadcast at the gym at school and Valorie and Sumbel and I went together to watch it.
